Gday Ken,

I think flight simulators are great for getting a basic grasp of aspects such as instrumentation, and avionics. Especially if you have the payware model's which try and replicate every little detail as possible.

To get the best out of flight simulation I highly recommend joining the VATSIM online network which provides Air Traffic Control and online aircraft traffic, that are all real people (no computer voices) either flying or controlling online. I do both and have got alot out of it so far.

A fair few people on the network are real life pilots, either private or commercial, and also real life air traffic controlers who assist with the controller training.

Your PC-12 sim looks good too btw, great to see people going to these length's to enhance flight simulation.
