Hey thanks mate. I did finally get the hang of the Landings and although i have some great one and I also have some odd ones, I'm learning each time I land. Like your post I was back out the the training area to do forced landings and step turns. I'm glad the forced landings were practice as i would not have gotten in on either. Once again however I learn why not to land over trees, (you might land in them if short). I learned why not to change landing sites mid stream , (you might end up between the two). I also learned that things can be very busy at 500ft over a paddock.

The turns were great fun I was amazed at the G forces involved. It was also my first flight in rain last week not that it was a lot of rain just a tad on the way back to the aero-club. I was not solo so that was not an issue. I hope in a few weeks to be solo again out in the training area that will be fun.
