It would seem we are saved by the AIP, sitting doing AIP amendments this morning I see that despite Hannan et al in the illuminati shouting about universal ADSB, the gem in the amended AIP at GEN 1.5 11 is that all operators who want ADSB survelliance have to apply to Air Services for the ADSB in individual Aircraft to be recognised, apart from the now obvious fact that low level ADSB is canned, those of us who fly in the higher flight levels need to apply to be seen.

So much for Hannan's universal ADSB.

AOPA were so wrong on ADSB that their general credibility now the true technical ability of Bill is lost to them is a serious issue.
