Mark, Don't be so cynical, ADSB is bound to be contentious, it is expensive,it has direct competition, is in limited use world wide, is by no means universal stable technology, operates to a different standard in each of the primary aviation nations, is not an ICAO system, and is now questionable as a potential terrorist took.

Any wonder we are sceptical.
