The AOPA board has been reshaped running into the election and beyond one can assume.

Col Rogers will be the interim President and Spencer Ferrier has been co-opted to rejoin the board thus preserving the historic links with both the Hamilton Presidency and the aftermath of the Munro era.

Spencer was central to the settlement of the AOPA USA affaire and he was a critial part of the financial management of AOPA through difficult times in the mid 90's, Spencer is also a practicing Solicitor in NSW and an accountant, so the internal factional crud inside AOPA will be put to rest with the truth.

It is great that there will be a strong advocate for Good Governance on the AOPA board, as my Grandfather was want to say," Hiding the truth is like farting in the bath, you can only hide it for a small time, ultimately the truth wins out".

This is a good day for AOPA.
